Lindiwe Mazibuko is a South African public leader, writer and academic fellow. She was the first black woman in South African history to be elected Leader of the Opposition in Parliament.

Adv. Tanya Venter is Chairperson of the Futurelect Board. She has deep experience as a mediator, facilitator and arbitrator.

Dr Martyn Davies has been a trusted advisor to the C-Suite at a large array of multinational firms on their market entry and engagement strategies in emerging markets and Africa.

Basetsana Kumalo holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of South Africa, majored in Politics and Communications. A Diploma in Executive Education on Global Leadership from Harvard University.

Khurshed has over 15 years of top-level experience in Human Resources and Operations Management. Holds qualifications in Human Resource Management and Practical Labour Law in South Africa and UK. She is also a qualified Executive Coach.

Yawa is the Founder of the Leading Ladies’ Network and serves as a member of the Board of Directors at Ashesi University College. In addition, she is a Co-founder of Impact Hub Accra, and an influential speaker and author. Yawa is also an Amujae Leader with the Ellen Johnson Sirleaf Presidential Center for Women and Development (EJS Center).
