Futurelect Alumni Programme

The Futurelect Alumni Programme empowers graduates to confidently shape their public leadership paths with ongoing support, mentorship, and resources. Designed to extend the impact of the Futurelect Public Leadership Programme, this Alumni Programme offers five years of continued engagement, beginning immediately after graduation.

Our vision is to create a collaborative, empowering network where alumni can share knowledge, integrate their leadership experiences, and act as ambassadors for Futurelect’s values. By building a connected community, we amplify the influence of young candidates, women, and other political "outsiders" as they pursue impactful public service.

Project YOU

The Futurelect Alumni Programme is championed by an elected committee responsible for communicating essential information, coordinating community events, and supporting fellows’ initiatives. With a strong foundation, alumni are encouraged to complete their "Project YOU" - a mission-driven personal or public initiative - within their five-year alumni journey.
